Salad octopus with potatoes, tomatoes and Gaeta olives
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 octopus 500 gr
150 g potatoes
80 gr tomatoes
gr 50 Gaeta olives
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
The juice of one lemon

Preparation
Clean the octopus, cook until al dente, was gunned down just cut it into pieces. Cutinto squares and cook the potatoes in salted water.
