Penne with pumpkin cream and stir in walnuts from Sorrento
Ingredients for 4 people:
300 gr pumpkin
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
400 gr penne
80 gr peeled nodes Sorrento
50 gr butter.
3 sage leaves
80 gr Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper and chili enough

Preparation
Clean and stew the pumpkin in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and red pepper add water and salt.
Complete cooking of the pumpkin and whisk it all creamy.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water.
Chop the walnuts and sauté in a pan with the butter, add cream of pumpkin soupand the pasta.
Stir it all and add Parmesan cheese to taste and pepper.
Put the pasta on the plate and finish with chopped into strips of three, four sage leaves to garnish everything.
