The restaurant besides inland quality products offers a new business model to its customers: self service. Customers can order their pizza among a variety of trational and custom ingradients, they receive a queue number and self pick the pizza when ready. This allows Cardone to drop the menu prices as there are no fee for service, allowing an extremely competitive price joint with a high quality product.
