Situated in the charming fishing village of Marina di Puolo, between the boats and lights of the Gulf of Naples, the restaurant La Tavernetta offers a menu that exalts in the perfume and taste of the fish just caught from the sea.

Situated on Sorrento's extreme point, the restaurant is opened only during the beautiful summer season (March-October) offering an almost open location, where the terrace unites with the beach shore, offering unique and incomparable scenery where you can spend unforgettable moments.

The restaurant offers many seafood specialties cooked the Sorrentine way, such as fisherman’s risotto, spaghetti with sea food and fried paranza (mixed fried fish) as well as many more specialty dishes.

The restaurant holds around 80 people and its characteristics make it the ideal place to celebrate an intimate ceremony in Sorrento or private parties with the magical scenery of the Gulf of Naples in the background.

How to reach us

To reach Marina di Puolo you can book our free shuttle service that goes to the restaurant from the centre of Sorrento by phoning 081 5339797.

It is also possible to reach the restaurant by public or private transport.

By car: once you reach Sorrento, continue on Via Capo in the direction of Massa Lubrense for around 2km and then turn in the direction of Marina di Puolo. At the end of the road you will a parking lot where you can park and then continue on foot to the beach, where immediately on the right you can find the restaurant la Tavernetta.

By bus: SITA bus (departs from Sorrento train station) in direction of Massa Lubrense request stop at the start of the road that leads to Marina di Puolo. From here you will have to walk on foot for around 200meters until you reach the beach, where immediately on the right you can find the restaurant la Tavernetta.
